We are actively seeking experienced Coating Specialists/Industrial Painters to join our 3rd-shift team in Lancaster, PA.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 8:30 pm to 7:00 am.
3rd shift coworkers receive a 25% shift differential on top of their hourly base rate!
Coating Specialists/Painters are responsible for performing various tasks to prepare metal surfaces and apply standard finishes to machined parts. These finishes include but are not limited to paint and metalizing.

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:
- A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) required
- Previous painting experience, using spray gun, desired
- Sandblasting or powder coating experience a plus!
- The ability to work from prints, specification tables and with adjustable layout and measuring instruments, as well as applying specified coatings to steel bridge beams and cross members is necessary.
