Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Walnut, CA. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, coordinating content for digital platforms, and supporting online promotions and product launches. The specialist will monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and recommend data-driven improvements. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency, and staying current with digital marketing trends in the wellness and consumer products space.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple channels.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing, managing brand presence, content calendars, community engagement, and social advertising.
- Strong skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing systems, and basic SEO concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in wellness, sustainable products, and consumer technology is preferred.
- Graphic design capability is a plus!
- Mandarin speaking is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Execute daily customer-facing communications through social media platforms, including email and SMS campaigns.
- Manage CRM audience segmentation by leveraging behavioral, demographic, and psychographic data to ensure precise targeting across markets.
- Produce weekly reporting on CRM and marketing campaign performance, highlighting key insights and trends.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop CRM communication strategies for email and SMS channels.
- Write compelling copy for subject lines, preview text, and SMS messages, aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results to identify performance wins, optimization opportunities, and gaps in strategy.

Work Schedule
- 40 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on business needs.
- Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
