- Lead and supervise all phases of home renovation projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and team members to optimize workflow and maintain project momentum
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately interpret project scope and specifications
- Conduct construction inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and client expectations
- Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication equipment on-site for efficient execution
- Manage construction estimating processes to prepare accurate budgets and resource allocations
- Perform detailed construction site inspections, including framing, roofing, masonry, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, stucco application, and more
- Ensure proper installation of plumbing systems, electrical wiring, glass fixtures, cabinets, doors, trim carpentry, caulking, painting, concrete finishing, masonry work, welding repairs, restoration tasks, hardscape features, and other specialized trades
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project progress and address any issues promptly
- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on residential renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
- Hands-on experience with construction estimating and inspection processes
- Proficiency with Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools for plan review and collaboration
- Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment (such as excavators or loaders), and fabrication machinery
- Expertise in multiple trades including carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), roofing (shingles or metal), masonry (concrete forming & finishing), plastering/stucco application, glass installation, cabinet installation, flooring (tile & hardwood), drywall finishing & painting
- Familiarity with restoration techniques and hardscape installation (patios & walkways)
- Ability to read technical schematics for electrical systems and plumbing layouts
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills to lead teams effectively and liaise with clients throughout the renovation process
