Family Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time) – Family Medicine Clinic

Position Overview
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will:
- Provide direct patient care through examinations, assessments, and evidence-based treatment plans.
- Diagnose illnesses, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications in accordance with Florida state laws.
- Perform preventative health assessments, screenings, immunizations, and chronic disease management.
- Utilize strong clinical decision-making skills to create and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Offer patient education, counseling, and make referrals to specialists when appropriate.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support continuity of care across all age groups.

Required Credentials
- Active Nurse Practitioner license (Florida Board of Nursing)
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Authorization to diagnose, treat, and prescribe medications in the State of Florida
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Family Medicine, Primary Care, and Pediatrics
- Strong knowledge of medical protocols, clinical systems, and terminology
