$14–$17 per hour including tips
Paid Training Part-Time, 10-15 hours each week
About the Role
High Speed Paws is a professional, high volume pet-care company serving South Tampa. We’re hiring reliable, energetic dog walkers who enjoy staying active, working independently, and caring for animals starting at the end of april.
This is a W2 employee position with consistent routes, supportive management, and opportunities to grow.
Responsibilities
- Safely handle dogs and comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Walk multiple dogs at once and maintain full control
- Follow client instructions and keep routine consistency
- Communicate clearly with clients and management through our app
- Complete scheduled cat drop-in visits
- Arrive on time and manage your route independently
Requirements
- Physical Ability: Able to walk 3–10 miles per day in various weather and comfortable working at a fast pace.
- Transportation: Dependable car and valid driver’s license; must be able to transport animals in emergencies (no motorcycles or bikes)
- Location: Must live near South Tampa (within ~15 minutes preferred)
- Smartphone: Used for scheduling, GPS, and communication
- Reliability: Excellent time management and punctuality
- Comfort with All Breeds: No breed or size restrictions
