As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within our dispensary.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Consultation: Guide customers in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences, needs, and budget while considering their reactions to different strains.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on new cannabis products, industry trends, and medicinal benefits through research and participation in trade shows.
- Transaction Handling: Process customer payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system with professionalism and accuracy.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dispensary at all times to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Education: Educate customers on the safe use of cannabis products and provide information on different consumption methods.
- Packaging and Labeling: Ensure accurate weighing, packaging, and labeling of cannabis products in compliance with regulations.
- Age Verification: Verify customers' identification documents to ensure legal age requirements are met for purchasing cannabis products.
- Inventory Management: Take inventory of cannabis products, monitor stock levels, and ensure adequate availability on the sales floor.
