Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand’s online presence across multiple digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone looking to put their ideas and creativity into action. As an important part of our marketing team, you will develop engaging social media strategies, create attention grabbing content, and analyze performance data to drive sales, brand awareness and customer engagement.

Duties

• Film and photograph detailing jobs, before-and-afters, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Edit short videos and photos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
• Write captions and schedule consistent posts using our brand voice.
• Maintain a weekly content calendar and organize footage.
• Respond to comments and messages, directing booking inquiries to our team.
• Create service-specific ad videos with our input.
• Track which content generates inquiries and bookings, and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with the detailing team to capture content without slowing down jobs.

Experience

• Previous experience managing social media for a business, with examples of content and results.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, including creating ads, testing variations, and reviewing performance.
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form videos and writing clear, engaging captions.
• Understands how to turn social media attention into inquiries and bookings—not just likes and views.
• Self-motivated to bring ideas, test different approaches, and improve results based on data.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage a consistent posting schedule without constant direction.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
