What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wrestling - Jr High Assistant Coach position at HIGH SCHOOL?
The State College Area School District anticipates filling our open Junior High Wrestling Assistant Coach position.
The Coach is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to student-athletes as well as supporting an overall vision for the Junior High Program. We are seeking a positive, passionate, enthusiastic individual who will not only instruct student-athletes in fundamental skills, strategy and physical training, but also guide and mentor them to be driven and responsible student-athletes and citizens. The Assistant Coach reports to the High School and Junior High Head Coaches in support of program goals and initiatives.
Both the PA Dept. of Education and the PIAA require specific safety and coaching training. See the Athletics website for details.
