- Develop and articulate a clear mission and vision for long-term program success, including a defined plan for program growth and sustainability.
- Establish and maintain a culture of high expectations, accountability, and competitive excellence.
- Create and implement a strategic plan to increase participation and build the Girls Flag Football program at all levels.
- Design and implement a comprehensive training and development program that includes in-season and out-of-season planning, skill progression, strength and conditioning, and coaching staff alignment to support consistent athlete growth and program success.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and engaging team environment that supports both individual and team success.
- Build strong, consistent communication with the athletic department regarding practice planning, competitions, and program needs.
- Promote multi-sport participation and support the overall student-athlete experience.
- Develop and communicate clear program philosophies that are consistently executed and transparent to athletes and families.
- Establish strong relationships with parents, the school community, and administration through proactive and effective communication.
- Provide leadership development opportunities for student-athletes, emphasizing growth on and off the mat.
- Demonstrate the ability to teach and develop athletes' skills, knowledge, and competitive mindset in all phases of flag football.

Girls Flag Football Head Coach (20262027 School Year)
Prospect High School is seeking a dynamic and committed leader to serve as the Head Coach for our Girls Flag Football program. This position is available immediately for the 20262027 school year.
Our ideal candidate will have prior football coaching experience with an understanding of both defensive and offensive game planning. We are looking for a coach who will build and sustain a competitive program grounded in clear expectations, strong culture, and intentional growth. The successful candidate will bring a vision for developing not only skilled athletes, but confident, accountable young leaders.
