- Monitor and address attendance concerns, working with students, families, and staff to find solutions.
- Partner with the School Resource Officer and campus safety teams to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
- Support and guide staff by conducting observations, coaching, and offering leadership in behavior interventions.
- Supervise and lead the Campus Safety team, ensuring professional development and effective scheduling.
- Supervises and evaluates Attendance Assistants.
- Be a visible, positive presence in hallways, common areas, and school events.
- Serve as a key resource for student discipline, working to implement fair and effective interventions.
- Assists in supervising evening and weekend school-related events, specifically all home football games and dances.
- Facilitate reentry meetings and serve as a leader in student support initiatives.
- Supervises and evaluates Attendance Assistants.
- Serves as a facilitator for the Solution Finding Team.
- Champion equity and inclusion, ensuring all policies and practices reflect our commitment to student success.
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with General Administrative Endorsement
- Strong understanding of Positive Behavior Interventions (PBIS) & Response to Intervention (RTI)
- Knowledge of attendance and behavior procedures under Illinois State School Code
- Administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual proficiency
- A passion for student success and a commitment to equity in education
- Salary Range: Administrative Salary Grade One - $134,511 - $168,138
- Longevity bonus of 1% for those at the top of the salary range
