The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day store operations. Ensuring our customers have a positive, happy experience with our vision of being "Proudly Local, Uniquely High’s”

Responsibilities:
- Greet the customer and assist in their convenience product choices.
- Adhere to all store operations procedures, policies, and guidelines.
- Properly execute selling initiatives and provide value to the customer.
- Follow all food service programs, procedures, and sanitation requirements.
- Train to ensure the Fast, Fresh and Friendly approach to the store's quality processes are implemented.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferred.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Computer literacy. Ability to operate a register.
- Ability to learn policies and procedures.
Working Conditions:
- Retail environment with occasional exposure to dust, extreme temperatures, contact with petroleum and/or cleaning products.
- Constant standing with frequent bending and lifting.
- Employees are expected to come to work and maintain full store operations in all weather conditions, unless closure of the store is ordered by the company.
Salary : $15 - $17
