Cannabis Cultivator

We are a large medical cannabis operation with a quickly evolving cultivation facility and state-of-the-art equipment. We are looking for a cultivator / agronomist to join our team. Culture is a big deal to us as our retention of cultured employees stands out. You must be able to complete the duties described below. We would really prefer a candidate with cannabis experience, especially indoor growing experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to follow a repetitive daily routine
• Must be reliable, a team player, and communicate well with management and employees
• Must be able to work in a cultivation environment with moderate to loud noise level
• Transplant
• Defoliate
• Trellis
• Transplanting
• Cloning
• All general cultivation duties

Qualifications:

• Have reliable transportation
• Experience in the cannabis industry is not required
• Ability to work as a team
• Ability to frequently lift and bend
• Ability to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
