Sales Management Trainee
Location: Brick, NJ

High Rise Marketing is hiring Sales Management Trainees to provide customer support and sales assistance at Costco Wholesale locations.
No prior retail sales experience is required. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Ask questions and listen to customers to understand their needs.
- Explain available options and assist customers with purchasing decisions.
- Complete sales in accordance with company procedures.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable compliance requirements.
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members.
- Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and professional approach.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work toward established goals.
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing retail environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to learn and follow established procedures and training.

Work Environment
