We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader who can lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, achieving targets, and building strong client relationships in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives
- Set sales targets and ensure team achieves monthly/quarterly goals
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching/training
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue
- Handle key client accounts and close high-value deals
- Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree (Bachelors preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in sales (preferably in fintech / lending / corporate sales)
- Proven experience managing a sales team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Target-driven mindset with ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of sales tools and CRM systems
- Competitive base salary uncapped commission structure
- On-target earnings up to $500,000 per year (top performers)
