Responsibilities- Cultivate and manage relationships with existing ISOs and brokers
- Actively identify and onboard new ISO partners to expand our network
- Provide ongoing support and communication to ISOs regarding product offerings and process improvements
- Instill confidence in ISOs by being knowledgeable about our funding solutions and guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to address ISO inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Analyze partnership performance, sales trends, and client feedback to enhance strategic direction
- Develop training materials and sessions for ISOs to ensure they understand our products and services
- Attend industry events and networking activities to expand relationships and promote High Rise Capital
- Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or business development, especially in the finance or MCA space
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
