High Quality Water & Air is hiring In-Store Water Quality Surveyors to work inside Home Depot locations in OK! . Your job is straightforward: approach homeowners on the floor, conduct a brief water quality survey. No selling. Just informed, professional conversations with people who are already there to improve their homes.
What you'll do:
- Engage homeowners actively shopping in your assigned Home Depot
- Conduct brief, structured water quality surveys (typically 1–3 minutes)
- Educate customers on local water quality issues — hardness, chlorine, contaminants
- Connect interested homeowners with a free in-home water analysis
- Log survey results and track daily activity accurately
- Represent HQWAA and RainSoft with professionalism on the floor
What you'll earn:
- Performance bonus on top of base
- Full-time Surveyors average $25–$35 per hour including bonus

- Naturally comfortable initiating conversations with people you don't know
- Professional, composed, and easy to talk to
- Comfortable hearing "not interested" and moving on without it affecting your energy
- Reliable transportation to your assigned store location
- Weekend availability — our highest-traffic days
- No prior water treatment experience required — full training provided
