We are seeking a highly responsible Per-Diem/On-Call Plumbing Technician to join our team for flexible, project-based work.
Requirements (The Must-Haves)To ensure our standard of “Plumbing Perfection,” candidates must meet the following:
- Licensing: Valid Massachusetts Plumbing Apprentice License (min. 3 years verified experience) or a Journeyman/Master License.
- Technical Mastery: Proven experience with Hydronic Heating systems (Boilers, radiant, and baseboard).
- Safety & Compliance: An OSHA-10 Construction Safety Card is strongly preferred.
- Integrity: Must be drug and alcohol-free.
- Logistics: Valid MA Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and your own set of hand tools.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to perform physical labor, including safely lifting 50–75 lbs.
- Technical Execution: Assist lead plumbers or work independently on service and installation tasks commensurate with your license tier.
- Site Excellence: Efficiently prepare, set up, and clean up job sites to maintain our standard of cleanliness.
- Organization: Organize tools and materials in the van to ensure readiness for the next project.
- Modern Workflow: Use HousecallPro for all dispatching, GPS clock-ins, and uploading digital job documentation (photos and notes).
- Communication: Provide outstanding customer service and maintain clear, proactive communication with the team.
- Pay Rate: based on license tier and experience.
- Weekly Pay: Reliable, weekly direct deposit.
