NOW HIRING – FULL-TIME CLEANING POSITION IN THE BRONX

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and hardworking person to clean and maintain small residential buildings throughout the Bronx.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is willing to work hard, take responsibility for their buildings, and earn very good pay.

PAY & GROWTH

The position will start with 3 buildings during the first week. Additional buildings will gradually be added until the employee is responsible for approximately 22 buildings.

Once the full route is assigned:

• $1,300 per week
• $50 per week for gas
• Additional pay for snow cleaning/removal during the winter

IMPORTANT: You will NOT clean all 22 buildings every day. You will receive a clear daily schedule showing exactly which buildings need interior cleaning, exterior cleaning, or other scheduled work that day.

Out of the approximately 22 buildings, 2 are larger buildings that are paid hourly. The employee will work at these buildings 3 times per week for approximately 2 hours each visit.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outstanding, high-quality cleaning and keep all assigned buildings in excellent condition.
• Follow the daily cleaning schedule exactly.
• Clean building interiors and exteriors according to the assigned schedule.
• Prepare and organize garbage neatly on the side of the building. Another cleaning agent will put the garbage out at night.
• Clock in and clock out at every building.
• Take clear, professional pictures after completing the cleaning at each building.
• Make sure the pictures clearly show the work that was completed.
• Pick up cleaning supplies from one designated supply room and keep the necessary supplies in your car for use throughout the route.
• Maintain responsibility for all assigned buildings and report any problems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a car.
• Must be willing to drive between buildings throughout the Bronx.
• Must be ready to start work at 9:00 AM.
• Must be dependable, responsible, organized, and hardworking.
• Must take pride in providing excellent cleaning.
• Must follow the schedule and instructions carefully.
• Must clock in/out and provide pictures from every building.
