We are seeking highly motivated and energetic Retail Representatives who shares our passion for providing quality products and excellent customer care to those in need. This role supports the store's core values and culture, working closely and collaboratively with upper management. The Retail Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service by meeting individual needs, exceeding expectations, and demonstrating excellent knowledge of our diverse range of cannabis products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting individual customer needs.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our cannabis products, deals, and promotions.
• Collaborate closely with management to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
• Ability to take constructive criticism and be coached by upper management.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences and needs.
• Ability to use suggestive selling strategies and must be able and willing to upsell all customers, including promoting loyalty program, referrals, etc
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and product knowledge to better serve customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
• Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting inventory counts.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Performs opening and closing duties as needed
• Works scheduled shifts and follows the company's attendance policy
• Listens and responds to customer and coworker needs/requests appropriately and timely with respect

Qualifications:

• Must have at least (1) year Cannabis retail experience
• Inventory and Metrc knowledge is always welcome
• Strong knowledge about cannabis products and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years old

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
