High Profile has partnered with a growing organization to identify a Senior Finance Systems & Operations Analyst to join their Finance team. This role is critical to the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and will play a key role in strengthening financial systems, controls, and operational processes.

Finance Systems Implementation & Support
- Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, including GL, AP, AR, Banking, Fixed Assets, and Projects
- Assist with data migration activities, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation
- Document processes, SOPs, and workflows for Finance and Operations teams
- Assist in creating financial reporting formats, dashboards, and templates within BC
System Administration & Maintenance
- Serve as the day-to-day Finance Systems Administrator for Business Central
- Maintain system configurations, user access, approval workflows, and data integrity
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external consultants
Financial & Operational Support
- Perform revenue and balance sheet reconciliations, including Salesforce-to-bank matching
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, audits, and financial reporting
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and system processes
- Assist with continuous process improvement initiatives across finance operations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner internally with Finance, HR, Operations, Fundraising, and Senior Leadership
- Collaborate externally with ERP implementation partners, consultants, auditors, and software vendors

Job Requirements
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or business operations
- Hands-on experience supporting or implementing an ERP system
Systems Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central strongly preferred
- Experience with other ERP systems (NAV, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Preferred Background:
- Public accounting experience and/or CPA candidate highly preferred
- Non-profit experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual skills (English and Arabic or Urdu) are ideal but not required; candidates who speak other languages are also encouraged to apply
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including tables, lookups, formulas, pivot tables, and data validation
