High Profile has partnered with our client, a market-leading provider of essential outsourced business and management services within the Real Estate industry, to idenitfy an HRIS/Payroll Systems Analyst to help strengthen and scale the HR technology ecosystem, specifically focusing on the ADP platform. This position blends HRIS expertise, payroll operational knowledge, and systems thinking to ensure people systems remain accurate, efficient, and continuously improving. It is a hands-on role suited for a professional who enjoys building processes, connecting systems, and partnering with HR, Finance, and IT to deliver a reliable employee experience. The ideal candidate is both technically sharp and people-savvy, understanding payroll mechanics while thinking critically about system design.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS & Systems Enablement
- Partners with HR leadership to strengthen system architecture and scalability as the organization grows.
- Builds and maintains data structures, fields, reports, and dashboards to support business needs.
- Supports system upgrades, releases, and testing cycles.
- Assists in designing and optimizing workflows across HR, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping.
- Serves as a backup HRIS administrator and subject-matter expert for system configuration, testing, integrations, and enhancements.
Payroll Support & Coordination
- Maintains a deep understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, including earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and compliance.
- Supports payroll setup, audits, reconciliations, and troubleshooting.
- Partners closely with the Payroll team to ensure system accuracy and clean data flow.
- Assists with payroll-related system changes, configurations, and documentation, while performing some payroll processing as required.
Technology Building & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluates current processes to identify opportunities to automate, streamline, or strengthen controls.
- Thinks holistically about how systems connect and how improvements in one area impact others.
- Translates business requirements into technical solutions.
- Creates SOPs, job aids, and training materials for ADP processes.
- Supports acquisitions or organizational changes by helping integrate new populations into existing systems.
Required:
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in HRIS and/or Payroll systems administration.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ADP platforms such as Workforce Now, Vantage, or similar.
- Functional Knowledge: A strong understanding of payroll concepts and system setup.
- Analytical Ability: Demonstrated ability to think critically about systems, workflows, and data.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting system implementations or integrations.
- Exposure to benefits administration, timekeeping, or compliance.
- Project management experience.
