High Profile is partnering with a fast-growing financial firm in downtown Austin to hire an Executive Assistant with 2 to 5 years of experience within the Financial Services industry. This role will partner with the Senior Executive Assistant, providing an outstanding opportunity to learn and sharpen your EA skills.
This is a high-visibility, in-office role ideal for an EA who is proactive, highly organized, eager to take ownership in a fast-paced environment, and would enjoy the benefits of mentorship from a Senior EA.
What You’ll Do
- Manage busy, complex calendars for multiple executives
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and expenses
- Prepare meeting logistics, materials, and follow-up
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
- Serve as a trusted administrative partner to senior leaders
Who This Role Is For
- An Executive Assistant with 2–5 years of experience
- Someone who has spent at least 2 years as an EA within financial services (investment, banking, private equity, wealth management, etc.)

Job Requirements
• 3–5 years of Executive Assistant experience maximum
• Minimum of 2 years supporting executives in the financial services sector (required)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to work in-office Monday–Friday
