High Profile has partnered with a single-family office to identify an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the team responsible for the family’s personal financial management. This role offers the opportunity to oversee complex financial activity, partner across multiple disciplines, and contribute to the ongoing development of processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the family Accounting team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and discretion in all deliverables
- Prepare and review financial statements across multiple entities, including investments and related structures
- Establish, implement, and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Collaborate with internal teams including investments, tax, legal, operations, and HR/payroll to support coordinated financial management
- Oversee account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Manage cash flow, including monitoring liquidity and coordinating funding activity
- Support the CFO with reporting, analysis, and special projects
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 6 years of accounting experience, preferably within a family office, private wealth, or multi-entity environment
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and general ledger management
- Experience working across multiple entities and complex structures preferred
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
