Responsibilities
Your Impact
Design and deliver individualized, play-based treatment plans that support developmental milestones.
Provide noninvasive, movement-based interventions that can reduce reliance on medication or surgery when appropriate.
Create home exercise programs and coach caregivers so skills carry over into daily routines.
Deliver evidence-based pediatric care with warmth, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
Help kids reach functional goals like safe mobility, participation in school and play, and age-appropriate self-care.
Partner closely with parents, caregivers, teachers, and our interdisciplinary team.
Keep growing through mentorship, pediatric CE, and ongoing feedback.
Qualifications
