QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred.
Experience and Training:
Proven experience in insurance administration, healthcare, or a related field is advantageous.
Knowledge, Skills, Ability:
Communicate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and clients to gather and verify necessary information.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
Assists patients with inquiries regarding their insurance coverage and eligibility
Resolves discrepancies and issues related to insurance eligibility and coverage
Prepares and maintains detailed records and documentation related to insurance eligibility
Collaborates with internal and external teams to ensure smooth processing of insurance-related transactions
Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
ACCOUNTABILITY
Manager of Clinical Revenue Operations Cycle
Evaluation: Performance is evaluated based on the insurance verification data entered daily to ensure operational efficiency and financial performance across practice locations
