Role Description The Grounds Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role located in High Point, NC. This position supports, hands on, in the field, the daily upkeep and operation of campus grounds, including assisting with landscaping, general maintenance, and outdoor cleanliness. Responsibilities may include monitoring grounds conditions, reporting issues, working with operations staff, and helping ensure safe and accessible walkways, lawns, and outdoor areas. The role also involves interacting with campus community members and visitors in a professional manner, following safety protocols, and supporting special events setup as needed.
