Duties

• Manage access control systems to verify identities and authorize entry for authorized personnel, visitors, and contractors.
• Write detailed incident reports documenting any security concerns, disturbances, or accidents for record-keeping and follow-up.
• Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations following established protocols, including performing first aid or CPR if necessary.
• Engage in conflict de-escalation techniques to manage disputes calmly and professionally while maintaining safety.

Experience

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures including first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire safety protocols.
• Strong communication skills for incident report writing, conflict management, and customer service interactions.
• Understanding of security regulations and compliance standards relevant to physical security operations.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
