2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
About the Role
High Point Residence Pinckneyville is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. In this role, you will provide direct, person-centered care that supports the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents. Working closely with licensed nurses and fellow caregivers, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where residents can thrive.

Primary Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing team.
Record vital signs and accurately document resident care.
Assist with medication administration as directed by a licensed nurse and within the scope of practice.
Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to residents.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Follow all infection prevention, safety, and resident rights policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to deliver exceptional resident care.
Minimum Qualifications
Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in supportive living, assisted living, skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living.
Experience caring for older adults or individuals with disabilities.
CPR certification preferred.
