JOB SUMMARY
High Point Networks is seeking a part-time associate in our Bismarck office. This role is expected to require approximately 15–20 hours per week, with a preference for on-site availability each weekday. We offer flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the right candidate.
The Procurement/Receiving Associate supports daily operations by tracking deliveries and maintaining accurate procurement records. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor inbound shipments and update internal teams on expected arrivals.
- Organize received gear as appropriate for projects and on-hand inventory
- Assist with receiving documentation and resolving order discrepancies.
- Learn to use inventory management systems to log incoming and outgoing goods
- Work with operations, finance, and warehouse teams to keep purchasing aligned with demand.
- Communicate accurate and timely arrival updates to internal teams, ensuring full visibility of incoming materials and shipments.

- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly, paying attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Interest in both Logistics/operations and Information Technology

- Willingness to learn — open to learning ERP systems, procurement processes, and logistics basics
- Push/pull carts or small pallets — helps with moving incoming shipments and transferring items for inspection. Moderate lifting required.
