Summary:
The Operations Support Coordinator provides cross-functional administrative and operational support across multiple departments within High Point Land Company. This role assists with office operations, transaction support, marketing coordination, data entry, scheduling, communication routing, and project tracking while helping maintain operational continuity during employee absences, high-volume periods, and evolving business needs.
This position serves as a flexible support resource capable of assisting multiple teams while maintaining professionalism, organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative and operational support across departments including Marketing, Transactions, and General Administration
- Assists with front desk coverage including answering phones, greeting visitors, routing inquiries, and managing general office communication
- Supports data entry, task tracking, digital file organization, and reporting updates across company systems
- Assists with transaction coordination tasks including document organization, communication updates, scheduling, and workflow tracking
- Supports marketing and listing coordination including listing updates, asset organization, marketing calendars, project tracking, and promotional material support
- Assists with creative production workflows including proof routing, template updates, file organization, and vendor coordination
- Coordinates mail handling, shipping logistics, supply inventory, onboarding preparation, and general office operations
- Provides backup coverage and operational support during employee absences, staffing transitions, or peak workload periods
- Assists leadership and department managers with special projects, administrative tasks, and operational support needs as assigned
- Maintains professionalism, adaptability, confidentiality, and organization while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, office management, transaction support, marketing support, or related role preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, Dropbox, Monday.com, Canva, and similar business software preferred
- Ability to learn and support multiple operational workflows across departments
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, accountability, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently while adapting to changing priorities and business needs
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
Physical Demands:
Requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a desk utilizing computers and standard office equipment. May occasionally require standing, walking, and lifting office or marketing materials up to approximately 30 pounds.
Work Environment:
Professional office environment requiring multitasking, organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration across departments. Occasional support may be required for company events, marketing activities, or operational projects.
