Your Day as a Customer Engagement Representative:
- Set up and participate in local outreach events, tabling opportunities, and community pop-ups
- Start conversations with the public to share stories, facts, and calls to action that align with each nonprofit’s mission
- Provide clear and helpful information to potential supporters, answering questions and offering resources
- Keep accurate records of daily outreach activities and share results with your team lead
- Contribute to Customer Engagement Representative team huddles, brainstorms, and training sessions focused on improving outreach strategy and communication
