As a Charity Account Associate, you’ll begin with training on account stewardship, charity values, and donor relationship sales strategies. The Charity Account Associate will work closely with community partners and donors through sales outreach, offering updates on program outcomes, and uncovering meaningful ways to deepen engagement.
Core Functions of the Charity Account Associate
- Begin simple, friendly conversations that introduce customers to the charity’s mission and spark interest in getting involved.
- Explain donation options and impact in simple, everyday language that supports sales‑aligned giving.
- Guide supporters through sign‑ups, pledges, or program enrollment while keeping each account accurate and organized.
- Follow up with donors to confirm satisfaction, answer questions, and identify future charity engagement opportunities.
- Track account activity and outreach results to refine your approach and strengthen community‑based sales momentum.
- Share meaningful takeaways from fellow Charity Account Associates to help the sales team improve charity outreach and account care.
Education & Experience Needed for the Charity Account Associate
- Experience in sales or account management is a bonus.
