Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Gymnastics Team Coach located in High Point, NC. The Gymnastics Team Coach will be responsible for coaching team athletes within our current structure! The role also includes teaching advanced gymnastics and tumbling techniques, encouraging team development, and fostering a positive and supportive training environment. Additional responsibilities involve maintaining communication with team members, and staff to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Gymnastics and Tumbling, with the ability to teach a range of skill levels
- Demonstrated Coaching and Sports Coaching experience, ideally in competitive settings
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with athletes, parents, and colleagues
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and encouraging training environment
- Previous experience with competitive gymnastics programs is advantageous
- Relevant coaching certifications are a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to the needs of athletes
