Pay Rate: $95,000 - $114,000(Experience, Education and Licensure dependent)
Status: Full Time
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm with flexibility to support program
Travel required & includes mileage reimbursement

Program Director For Community Based Services Requirements
- Ability to provide leadership and program development within a community-based regional program;
- Ability to work with clients with substance use disorders, mental health disorders and cooccurring disorders;
- Must present as professional and courteous at all times both internally and externally;
- Knowledge of major clinical therapeutic models and behavioral health best practices;
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills;
- Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records;
- Participation in annual TB screening
- Certification in the HPTC approved de-escalation program
- Compliance with Federal/State regulations, 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA at all times;
- Develop and implement goals and objectives for the program;
- Implement and review policies and procedure on a regular basis;
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with HPTC’s written plans for quality assurance, utilization review/management and staff growth and development;
- Provide supervision to program staff and maintain supervisory notes and staff evaluations;
- Participate on assigned committees and prepare reports as needed;
- Coordinate with other departments/facilities to enhance and ensure quality care;
- Participate in budget development and monthly review process;
- Routinely review client charts (open and closed) to ensure that the structure and substance are in accordance with licensing and accreditations standards;
- Advertising, interviewing, hiring and training of all new staff;
- Participate in RFR processes to maintain current programing and development new programming;
- Preparation of reports and correspondence in response to licensing and accreditation boards;
- Collaborate and participate in meetings with other community organizations to enhance communication and service delivery within the community;
- Provide on- going administration to ensure quality care;
- Other duties as assigned by the COO of Community Based Services
- Master/Doctoral degree in Human Services related field such as psychology or social work, minimum of three (3) years of clinical supervisory experience and five (5) years of behavioral health counseling experience
