Dietary Aide Duties & Responsibilities
High Point & Affiliated Organizations participate in the federal E-Verify program to confirm the identity and employment authorization of all newly hired employees. All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of the I-9 process and E-Verify verification as required by federal law.

Dietary Aide Duties & Responsibilities
- Compliance with Federal Regulations, 42CFR Part 2, Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patients and HIPAA Regulations
- Knowledge of Infection Control standards-hand washing, personal protective equipment (PPE) kits, blood spill kits, etc.
- Food safety certification required within the first year
- Preparation and serving of assigned meals following approved menu by the Nutrition Committee
- Opening/closing duties as assigned
- Other duties as assigned by the Site Director / Program Director / Director of Dietary to insure safe and appropriate operation of the facility
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or relevant work
- Must have the ability to work with chemically dependent, dully diagnosed and clients with other behavioral health issues
