- You'll run structural steel projects from kickoff to closeout.
- You'll create detailed schedules that align shop, field, and client expectations.
- You'll keep budgets tight, contracts clean, and communication clear.
- You'll be the face of High Plains for our clients and subs, representing us with integrity and professionalism.
- You'll reinforce our high-quality standards daily in the field and behind the scenes.
- You'll be a mentor and coach, developing our internal teams and raising the bar across departments.

- 3 years of commercial construction management experience, with a preference for structural steel.
- Proficiency in Tekla PowerFab and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of AISC Code of Standard Practice.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and connection details.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in construction environments.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening as required.
