You Will
- Install beams, columns, decking, stairs, and railings to exact specifications.
- Read and execute blueprints and structural drawings with accuracy.
- Perform welding, cutting, and bolting to meet industry standards.
- Work with cranes, rigging, and lifts to safely position materials.
- Maintain full OSHA compliance and proper PPE use at all times.
- Inspect your work to ensure zero rework and top-quality results.
- Support and mentor apprentices on the job site.
What You Need To Bring To The Table
- 3-5 years of structural or miscellaneous steel experience.
- Strong blueprint and layout reading skills.
- Experience with rigging, cranes, welding, and bolting.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and fall protection.
- Physical ability to lift, climb, and work at heights.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed.
- Welding certifications (AWS or similar) preferred.
