This is a great opportunity for former athletes, current students, teachers, youth coaches, or anyone who enjoys working with kids and wants to help grow a new sport in Laramie.

- Keeping sessions fun, organized, and safe
- Representing High Plains Lacrosse in a professional and community-focused way

- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Experience working with kids, athletes, or youth programs
- Reliability and willingness to show up prepared
- Patience, energy, and the ability to encourage beginner players
