Experienced Sealcoater
HPS is looking for an experienced Sealcoater to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality work, show up on time, and know the sealcoating industry, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Apply commercial and residential asphalt sealer
- Perform crack filling and asphalt repairs
- Operate sealcoating equipment safely and efficiently
- Prep job sites and maintain a clean, professional work area
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- Previous sealcoating experience required
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience operating skid steers or other equipment is a plus
