Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain hangar facilities, including floors, windows, and common areas
- Perform routine office cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, restrooms, etc.)
- Assist with interior and exterior aircraft cleaning and detailing
- Support basic facility maintenance tasks (light repairs, organizing supplies, etc.)
- Help maintain a safe, professional, and orderly work environment
- Handle tasks that may require working in heat, cold, or physically demanding conditions
- Previous experience in cleaning, custodial, or light maintenance roles preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including outdoor conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Starting as a contract position, 10–20 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling; occasional evenings or weekends may be required
