Job Description
High Peak Roofing & Exterior is a general contractor that operates out of Wichita KS. Our specialty is roofing and siding. High Peak Roofing & Exterior offers top-quality installations to our clients, along with various other services. Our organization is growing fast, with room for advancement and High pay.
*This is a sales position only. You will NOT be managing installs. We have a streamlined production process that allows you to spend time on what makes you money. Selling.*
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED and motivated individual to join our growing team. This is a full-time position. Some of the responsibilities of this position will be following up on and running leads, generating your own leads, being present for inspections, adjuster appointments, and installs. An ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and have great organizational and communication skills. This position demands that the candidate have a strong ability to problem-solve and be self-motivated.
Experience/Skills:
- Familiarity with roofing systems and installation best practices/home owners Insurance
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Roofing Project Manager (preferred)
- Sales experience (Required)
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience using CRM software to move projects through the work pipeline
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and good analytical skills
- Must have a valid driver's license (Required)
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads
- File insurance claims
- Perform storm damage inspections on private residences
- Attend Adjuster meetings
- Run inbound leads and appointments
- Perform in-home sales
- Obtain loss summaries from home owners/Insurance carriers
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time (non-remote)
Schedule: M-F with some weekends and evenings required
Pay: $65,000.00 -$150,000
*1099 only*
