Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- 1 years of proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume Harley-Davidson, RV, Powersports, Marine or Automotive dealership with 4 years in a high-volume supervisory position (SM/GSM).
- Knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson preferred but not required.
- Can effectively manage both people and processes.
- Experience with staffing, training, motivating, volume sales, counseling, master negotiator, team building, desking deals and monitoring the department managers.
- Strong computer skills.
