Who We’re Looking For

A driven, positive, relationship-building sales professional ready to learn, grow, and win. Whether you’re experienced or hungry to kickstart your career, you’ll thrive in a role where initiative is recognized and success is celebrated.

This position covers an established territory across Westmoreland, Somerset, Cambria, and Indiana counties, partnering with independent garages and new car dealerships.

What You’ll Do (Our Expectations)

You’ll be the face of High Octane in your territory—fueling growth, building trust, and delivering real value. Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and cultivating new business while strengthening existing relationships
  • Presenting, promoting, and selling our products and services to current and prospective clients
  • Proactively reaching out to leads through cold calling and follow-ups
  • Meeting with customers to understand concerns, uncover opportunities, and provide solutions
  • Achieving consistent sales performance and meeting company objectives
  • Forecasting and reporting incoming business activity
  • Staying up-to-date on new products and industry developments
  • Coordinating client visits and arranging product demonstrations
  • Creating and delivering impactful sales presentations
  • Ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction by addressing needs promptly
  • Managing the financial performance of your territory
  • Collaborating with teammates, management, and support departments

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 1–3 years of sales experience preferred (but not required!)
  • A curious mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Strong initiative, competitive drive, and self-motivation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office & Teams (a plus)
  • Outstanding client service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required)
