Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Acquisition Manager based in the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating real estate deals to acquire properties. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, meeting with property owners, preparing financial analyses, developing acquisition strategies, and managing communications with clients and stakeholders. Building lasting relationships and delivering excellent service to our clients are key priorities for this role.
Qualifications
- Real estate expertise, including knowledge of property acquisitions, market research, and valuation
- Experience in negotiation and relationship-building
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform financial analyses and evaluate investment opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and related real estate management tools
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
