Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Acquisition Manager to join our team at High Noon Home Buyers. As an Acquisition Manager, your primary responsibility will be to secure properties under contract through effective communication and deal closing skills. Ideal candidates should possess a strong sense of integrity and demonstrate consistent success in achieving sales goals. Must be able to drive within a 60 mile radius of Columbia on a regular basis. We are looking for a minimum 2 year commitment in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential property sellers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Build rapport with homeowners and establish a relationship of trust and credibility.
- Gather information about properties and assess their potential for cash purchase.
- Negotiate and present offers to homeowners, striving for mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close deals over the phone and/or in-person, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless property acquisitions.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and acquisition goals set by the company.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales is preferable, with a focus on effective communication and closing deals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with homeowners primarily over the phone.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate objections and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Preferred candidates must be extremely coachable and easily embrace change.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Must be comfortable working with a CRM and talking on the phone daily.
- Applicant must be a team player who also works well independently.
- Familiarity with the Columbia, SC real estate market and surrounding areas is a plus.
