General Maintenance Position

High Mowing School, located in Wilton, NH, is seeking a full-time, year-round General Maintenance person. This position reports directly to the Director of Facilities. This person must possess a working knowledge of basic construction and maintenance skills.

The essential functions of the position are:

• Respond to Facility email requests daily
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all buildings and common areas
• Repair minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical problems
• Perform maintenance at fixed site locations
• Care and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment
• Required to share in the on-call rotation
• Responsible for snow removal and landscaping as required

Qualifications

Personable, neat, dependable and trustworthy. Knowledge of building operations required. Working knowledge with construction and plumbing tools. Reliability, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude necessary.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a related field is preferred, but will train the right person.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and read, write, and speak English.
