Key Responsibilities
- Sales: Act as the primary mobile sales representative, assisting new and existing customers with appropriate products and services, including phone activations, upgrades, and accessories.
- Customer Service: Provide an outstanding customer experience by offering technical support and product knowledge for a wide range of consumer electronics.
- Inventory: Conduct accurate monthly inventory counts and audits as required.
- Merchandising: Implement and maintain all store merchandising, signage, and displays according to corporate standards.
- Operations: Oversee the store’s day-to-day functions, including opening/closing procedures and ensuring the store is clean and presentable.
Qualifications and Skills
- Required: Strong technical proficiency with consumer electronics, including smartphones (iOS/Android), tablets, and connected devices.
- Preferred: Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role.
- Preferred: Prior experience in wireless sales or a supervisory role is a plus.
- Must be organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
