Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse or materials management experience
- Demonstrated understanding of cGMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership ability with strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using ERP/WMS systems
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Forklift certification and hands-on material handling experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proven project and change management expertise, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop people through organizational change and drive behavioral change
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, energize, and guide teams
- Comfortable thriving in conditions of change and complexity
- Strong analytical and qualitative skills
- Consistently delivers outstanding results, takes initiative, and drives action proactively
