- Meet with homeowners and guide them through roofing and exterior solutions
- Run inspections, build estimates, and close signed contracts
- Work insurance claims, adjusters, and retail customers
- Hand off cleanly to production after contract approval, then return for the final walk-through, payment collection, and Google review
- Maintain clean, accurate job files in our CRM
- Build trust through clear communication and professional follow-through
- Focus on profitable, well-run jobs, not rushed volume
Our reps work a blend of:
- Inbound web and phone leads
- Realtor and referral partner leads
- Self-generated leads in active storm and retail neighborhoods (we provide tools, lists, and routes)
- Base salary recoverable draw for stability while you ramp
- Commission on collected revenue (base rate)
- Profit bonus on jobs that hit margin targets (additional % on top of base commission)
