This position is also responsible for the cleanliness, presentation, and routine maintenance of company transportation vehicles, including employee shuttles, passenger vehicles, vans, and trucks as assigned. The Driver ensures a safe, clean, and friendly experience for all passengers.
Pay Range: Starting at $18/hr. Starting compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
This is a seasonal position from May through November, with the potential for continued, year-round employment based on performance and business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Strong self-motivator with the ability to motivate others
- Review daily schedules to determine transportation needs
- Provide safe and efficient transportation for all passengers
- Maintain a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times
- Communicate accurate and timely information to team members and management
- Greet all passengers in a positive and polite manner
- Assist with questions and requests
- Observe property for cleanliness, safety, and overall order
- Assist with vehicle staging, parking, and pulling around as needed
- Maintain safe driving speeds based on road and weather conditions
- Ensure transportation vehicles are cleaned daily and washed frequently
- Assist with setup and breakdown of outdoor functions as needed
- Assist other departments to meet operational and guest service needs
- Provide transportation for on-property and off-property activities
- Follow instructions from direct supervisor
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Maintain a courteous, flexible, and positive attitude
- Maintain strong knowledge of the property, amenities, activities, and future developments
- Meet and exceed guest and employee expectations whenever possible

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and managers
- Basic knowledge and understanding of math
- Ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and company goals
- Ability to sit and drive a company vehicle for up to 90% of the shift
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles or golf carts
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
