Responsibilities Include:
- Set up and align concrete forms based on blueprints and project specs
- Pour and finish concrete with hand and power tools
- Install rebar and reinforcement materials
- Deliver high-quality finishes for both interior and exterior surfaces
- Interpret site plans and work effectively with crew members
- Uphold safety standards and job site protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Operate with a mechanical mindset for smarter, faster work
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in concrete form setting and finishing OR willingness to learn our methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Must have own tools and valid driver's license
- Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented mindset

Schedule:
- Full-Time
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Day shift only - home daily
- No weekend work
